On Facebook, there are 350 million photos uploaded every day, 14.6 million per hour, 243,000 uploads every minute and 4,000 photos uploaded every second reflecting content traffic.  Numerous studies have confirmed that businesses can post too little or too much to engage with their audience.  What is the “right” number of posts for a Facebook Page?  If a business posts too little, you run the likely risk that customers will choose another business when searching for products and services.  If a business posts too much your customers are likely to feel overwhelmed and give you a negative reputation.  And, if you do this for too long they will unfollow you.  The general rule of thumb for posting is one post per day or five posts per week.
